Lunspell Sample & Shipping Policy

This is the official Lunspell sample and shipping policy for all crystal jewelry orders, covering sample requests, bulk shipment, delivery time, packaging and international shipping terms.

We support neutral packaging without brand logos for global wholesale buyers. In addition, we offer international drop-shipping service upon request.

Sample Order

Small sample sets are available for buyers to test quality before bulk purchase. You must pay the full amount in advance for all sample orders. Buyers cover sample shipping cost. Also, you cannot deduct sample price from later bulk orders unless both sides sign a written agreement.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We calculate shipping fees based on weight, volume and destination. We provide multiple logistics options including DHL, FedEx and regular air freight. Qualified bulk orders get free shipping. Please contact us for shipping quotation for small sample orders via our contact page.

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your country. Remote areas may require extra delivery time. We provide tracking numbers for every shipped order.

Packaging

We support neutral packaging. Upon your request, we print no brand logos or promotional labels on packages.

Customs & Import Duty

Buyers bear all import duties and local taxes. We cannot guarantee smooth customs clearance for every shipment.

Shipping Exceptions

We take no responsibility for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics strikes or force majeure.
